What Customers Say About fuji pro Models
Ninety-six percent of buyers rate this product 4-5 stars, giving it a rate of 4.7 stars out of 5. A high score for one amazing product.
“My spray needs are limited to custom woodworking finishes. Aside from nail/staple guns and a few other tools I don’t use compressed air that much. So when my 60 Ga compressor gave up, I did the math and some research and decided to spend my new compressor money on Fuji Semi PRO 2 with gravity fed gun.
I have never regretted my decision to switch. I find this turbine system user friendlier, more versatile, and much easy on finishes compared to any of the compressor driven gun setups I’ve used. One of the things I wasn’t impressed initially was a much smaller cup size this system comes with - 400 cc as I’m used to bigger 1,000 cc cups. However, I was pleasantly surprised the very first time I used it. I've heard about less overspray turbine systems known for, but I couldn’t believe Fuji would save that much finish. Also with humid weather on its way, no more fuss over and additional expenses on conditioning and cleaning the air supplied by a compressor.” –VLG
“I bought this spray gun because I wanted to expand my painting business to include kitchen cabinets and furniture. It lays down paint like glass and my customers couldn't be happier. Not many people still paint/lacquer furniture in this area and those that do use a brush. The finish produced by my Fuji wins hands down and I have a number of ladies in town using me exclusively for their furniture flipping businesses. Do yourself a favor and get one it will pay for itself quickly.” – Deis
“When you're ready for the step up to professional results, this unit is your ticket to the major leagues. Fully professional results from a "semi-pro" unit. Absolute mirror finish results with minimal learning curve. There are many instructional videos on YouTube. Definitely worth the time to look at. I bought this to paint some new fenders for my car. I'm thoroughly pleased. Many people I've shown agree. Make the move - step on up.” – Jeff Moler
Tips & Tricks When Using Fuji Sprayers
To further enjoy the tremendous advantages of Fuji 2202 Semi-PRO 2 HVLP Spray System, we suggest that you take note of these simple tips when you paint.
Clean and clear your surface areas
In order to attain a smooth finish, having a clear surface minus the dirt, debris and dust is a must. However, whilst the HVLP sprayers create less overspray, still, it will be a sensible idea to cover your areas which you have no intention to spray and stain the paint on. Doing so would also let you concentrate on working well within your surface areas without worries on your end.
Try spraying from the proper distance
In generating a good spray pattern and your desired coating thickness, keeping in mind the right distance between the sprayer and your surface is critical. It also ensures that you get a considerable transfer efficacy for your material.
Get rid of the clogs
Painting build-ups could clog your sprayer tip, thus affecting its performance. For you to avoid this, regularly monitor the tip of your sprayer and get rid of the clogs and its build-up. Do this so that it will not hinder the delivery rate of the sprayer.
So for newbies and professionals who want the best results for their painting projects, the Fuji 2202 Semi-PRO 2 HVLP Spray System is a solid choice that could meet your painting job standards and exceed your expectations. Give it a try!
